Staff was great

They have such cheap old pillows my neck hurt so bad they are so thin even putting two together didn't cut it , for all the money they make there being down the street from the casino they can afford to get new comfortable pillows for customers , always I have stayed at this. This hotel many times at the ice machines are never working

The morning staff is the rudest, unprofessional staff there. We were going to stay for another night and ready to pay, he acted with power trip and told us to get off the property just because my husband and I have a little disagreement but we didn't made any noise. I would not recommend this place. Just because it has been remodeled it doesn't mean the staff have to be so snobbish, arrogant. The couple from Canada who checked us in the night before was professional and made us feel welcome. Unlike that young man , about in his 30s going college in America, well spoken English have completely ruined the Highland Inn reputation. Professional guest services, accommodating, each customer, friendliness will have customer return that's the key to success not just because it got remodeled and acting arrogant etc. Rating: -100
