GBLocation absolutely stunning, deep in the mountains immersed by nature. Good facilities, clean and wonderful pool! Breakfast was ok.
Our room suffered from damp. It was extremely humid. Bathroom shower leaked water everywhere, had to use towels to stop water spreading through floor. Disappointed by the indifference of staff at reception when we reported the issue, was denied opportunity to move to another room instead supplied with more towels. Checked out by another member of staff who acknowledged the dampness in that room being a problem, thus something ongoing that we feel it should have been fixed before being offered to guests.
