"Same price as other hotels nearby, but no office to check in"

No office available to help check in. You have to check in on your own through links. I called the customer service number provided and only one gentleman available to help and if he’s busy, you have to wait for him to be available to take your call. The room did not have a real heater, only a tiny plug in heater.

"My stay was perfect!"

My stay was great! The lodge is in an amazing location - walkable to heavenly village and the gondola. The rooms are extremely clean and beds are comfortable. The rooms have smart TVs which was a nice bonus. They have contactless check in which was quick and convienent. I have stayed here multiple times while in south lake and each stay was great! I would 100% stay again and would recommend.
