Convenient location, very close and convenient to Changlong and Macau, warm and thoughtful staff service, especially the duty manager Clarence!

Room service response is slow, night service phone is difficult to dial, go to the front desk to find that the staff need to answer the phone while checking in, the staff arrangement is not reasonable enough
