The rooms looked nice.

There is no accessibility to the front of this establishment (the road is permanently blocked off). There is no elevator. In addition the rooms are heavily fragranced triggering asthma and allergies. The property is NOT handicapped accessible and this is NOT noted anywhere in the property description. Upon arrival we realized we could not use this facility and contacted the property. I contacted the property and booking and they still have not credited me for the amount they charged to my card. We could NOT stay at this location because of health reasons and the facility doesn’t seem to care - they just want to falsely advertise the space and take your money.

All contact is remote with self check in. Very efficient. Great for a 1 night stay. Beds comfortable, bathrooms well appointed and location very central.

The room has blue light from locks which you can't switch off at night so it can be disturbing. Would prefer real glass for water and ceramic for coffee rather then single use plastics and coffee.

Beautiful industrial design, modern technology and very thoughtful touches. The hotel is in the heart of Foggia making it so easy so explore this incredible town. We hope to be back soon.

Breakfast was basic but satisfactory, Good location near bars and restaurants and shopping.,

Safe car parking 10 minutes from Hotel. No lift with step stairs. Communication with the hotel to get access not easy unless you speak Italian

Breakfast was the best I had on the holiday. Apartment was clean and modern
