Very clean and comfortable

Hard to find when taking the bus from the airport

Die Kommunikation ging nur über WhatsApp . Hat prima funktioniert. Es war sehr ruhig und wir konnten nachts sogar die Fenster offen lassen. Das Bett war gut. Die Lage ist prima. Ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und 5 Minuten zur nächsten Piazza mit vielen Restaurants. Wir konnten zu Fuß sehr bequem die Stadt erkunden. Alles perfekt und sicher. Als schöne Überraschung konnten wir uns kostenlos Kaffee machen und es standen 4 Gläser mit verschiedenen sehr leckeren Keksen aus der hauseigenen Bäckerei kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank, eine sehr nette Geste.

GREAT location, airy rooms,comfortable beds, hot water.

I didn’t realize it was essentially a four-bedroom apartment, share with other people. I would have liked that to be crystal clear in the booking. I was travelling with friends and had we known, we would have gotten a 2-bedroom apartment where we could freely use the living room and have a kitchen. AUSA is great if you get all four rooms, but the feeling of unexpectedly sharing an apartment was odd for us. That aside, the host was responsive, and the cleaning lady was very helpful. There’s a sewage issue and the establishment uses eco products, so be ready for some smell, but the place was clean.

We really liked the location; it’s very central and you can walk everywhere. It’s quite quiet at night, great for resting. The bed is also very comfortable and everything is very clean.

There was nothing unpleasant.
