I’m not a fan of room deodorisation in hotel rooms

New rooms, plenty of room. Big balcony. Location adjacent to the Country Club was good.

No room cleaning on Sundays, but book says cleaning done every day. Limited towels and limited towel rails. No rail for tea towel.

The property was in a good location, relatively close to town and the beach and other nice areas.

We stayed 6 nights, we found the apartment to clean on the first day, however in the 6 days that we stayed. Our sheets were never replaced and bed was never made. At no point, did they make the bed at no point did they clean the sheets, we had to request for fresh towels on two occasions. There was no replenishment of milk, tea and coffee and frankly for the price I find this very appalling. Also, the pictures advertised on Booking.com eg, kitchen facilities etc and a balcony do not reflect what you get when you book to stay. Car park is limited and also depending which room your in, could be quite far from your vehicle.
