Beach & Bay Stay Motel

The reception staff was excellent. She was very considerate of our requests for additional blankets and bedsheets for our toddler.

Nice and clean place, well-furnished and with friendly staff.

Rooms could be a bit noisy if you happen to have the wrong neighbours, but we didn't.

Convenient location, near the beach and next to Club Callala for a good meal. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, asked for fresh towels and extra toilet paper for our stay, as there didn’t seem to be any room service but easy to ask for whatever you needed.

Studio rooms don’t have a balcony and face the car park. I’d probably opt for one of the other rooms next time. Walls are very thin so you can hear things like light switches and muffled conversation if there are people staying in the room next to you. There’s no tap in the kitchenette so you need to use the bathroom sink to wash dishes and fill up the kettle or a water bottle.

Brand new place, really clean and spacious rooms. Very close to the beach.
