Good view of the swan river short drive to anywhere in Perth. Clean and presentable room, bathroom, lighting etc was visually stunning, private balcony. When there were staff around they were helpful and friendly, except when they seemed too busy or weren’t around. Great food at the restaurant, we ate breakfast every day.

Seemed like they were understaffed, service wasn’t great sometimes and there wasn’t always anyone at the bar or reception (the reception was very very nice when we did speak to them), our key card didn’t work at first for the lifts but the reception lady was great and helped, the aircon does not work well and resets its temperature and turns off when every other hotel just stays on like normal, this affected our sleep quite a bit. There were two single beds connected with a mattress topper instead of a king when we bought the expensive king room, you could feel the split in the bed in the middle…. The shower water takes ages to get to temp and goes completely cold/ burning hot randomly( other people using water?) the chrome cast didn’t work without me playing with the cords in the tv. Little parking available, when we did book parking they were all full anyway so we used a carpark that was reserved for the other business as it was late and we paid. The hallway outside the room is an open metal mesh wall, so you can hear everything from the street and the sport field at night until late at night every night. This is a perfect location and view, with aesthetic and clean presenting rooms, it’s a shame there are so many small and fixable things that really made it less enjoyable to stay and relax.

Great location, clean and very nice rooms. Bed was very comfortable.

Lift was broken, you had to ask the staff to let you up the lift or walk up the stairs. We were told it was being fixed but never was. Breakfast was nice however it was a shame barrista coffee was not included and some of the pastry in the continental breakfast was rock hard and slightly burnt.

Location OK.

You failed to alert us that the Hotel's restaurant was not open for dinner on Sunday and Monday nights which was annoying after arriving after a 6 hour drive, especially on Easter Sunday when everything was shut in Perth. Badly designed bathroom, no make up mirror light, dark light switches on dark timber paneling, No mini bar. Confusing parking arrangements. Easter weekend staff not very helpful.

Loved the location. Great design aesthetic’s of the hotel. Very comfy bed and staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very hit and miss. The room cleaning service was also a bit hit and miss. I had to keep asking for things as they forgot to restock something every day.
