Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted. Please note that the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and show examples of room categories. Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. In the event of a proven violation of rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests. Great location and included self serve washers and dryers

dark hallways making it difficult to see the keypad to enter code stairs only to luggage storage and they charge extra to store luggage and you have to prearrange it

Basel sbb ye ve tramvaylara yürüyerek 7-8 dk mesafede olması bizim için çok iyiydi. Zaten oradan da her yere kolaylıkla gidilebiliyordu. Basel sbb yakınlarında Coop market vardı. Apartmanın altında bir restaurant var giriş de oradan yapılıyor. Önceden mail yoluyla gönderilen şifre ile sıkıntı yaşamadan giriş yaptık.Ayrıca gitmeden önce basel card için bilgilerimizi mail yoluyla göndermiştik ve basel card bilgileri zamanında geldi. mail yoluyla sorduğum sorulara kısa zamanda dönüş yapıldı ve çok yardımcı oldular.Odada iç avluya bakan küçük bir balkon vardı, temizdi ve yatak konforluydu.Yastıklar okuduğum yorumlardaki gibi biraz inceydi ama bu bizim için sıkıntı olmadı. Ocak,buzdolabı, su ısıtıcısı, mutfak araç gereçleri,ütü vardı.

Kahve makinesi olmasına rağmen kahve yoktu.

"Fiyat performans oteli diye bilirim"

Çalışan personel çok yardımcı oldu. Özellikle kahvaltı ile ilgilenen Hakan beye çok Teşekkür ederim. Otelin konumu güzeldi, self çekin olduğu için mail üstünden sorduğumuz sorulara çok çabuk dönüş yaptılar.

Kahvaltı da çeşit çok azdı, Odalarda Klima yok

Das Check-In verlief bei uns und anderen Gästen chaotisch. Wir sind erst nach drei Anrufen an die Zugangscodrs und Zimmer Nummer gekommen - das ganze hat eine Stunde gedauert

"Wenn man das Einchecken geschafft hat, lebt man hier sehr gut!"

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Innenhof, somit kein Straßenlärm! Kleiner Balkon mit Vogelgezwitscher! Außen Jalousien elektrisch zu bedienen, verdunkeln nachts das Zimmer. Dusche und WC sauber. Küchenzeile gut ausgerüstet, Geschirr, Mikrowelle etc. Die Kellner im Restaurant und Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Das Einchecken war mühsam. Man muss Mails schreiben, verschiedene Adressen, Daten erneut angeben, …

"A dépassé nos attentes"

Studio très beau, fonctionnel et très confortable (nous avons très bien dormi) Au vu des notes nous nous attendions à bien moins bien; nous avons été très agréablement surpris. Hakan qui travaille dans le bâtiment était adorable et nous a bien aidés, merci encore ! La Basel Card aussi était très appréciée

Aucun personnel n'est sur place, il faut passer par un email (peut prendre du temps pour répondre) ou un numéro de téléphone (payant pour nous comme dans un pays étranger). Heureusement Hakan de LaLup était là et nous a beaucoup aidés, un grand merci encore une fois ! Le quartier n'est pas très palpitant, mais il est proche de la gare et du centre, c'est faisable facilement à pied ou en transport grâce à la Basel card
