The location was good, there are shops and restaurants nearby.

The room was incredibly hot, there was only one small fan inside which didn’t really work - it was horrible, basically you can not sleep because of the hotness.At the check in there is a small bottle of the shower gel in the room - there was the two of us and we stayed for 3 nights, when we asked for an extra bottle from the cleaning staff, she unfortunately refused to give us one more.

Staff was very helpful in getting us a fan (albeit a weak one).

It was hot in Zurich. Our apartment had very little airflow and we were regularly sleeping in temperatures over 80 degrees. This place is probably amazing in non-heatwave temperatures, but it's not ideal for staying during hot summer days. I regularly slept with no blanket and wet towels on my chest and legs to stay cool.

It was in a great location and the flat was spotless clean

It was extremely hot and would be great to provide some dishwashing tablets/liquid or even a washing sponge.

Place was clean. Good location.

-No air conditioning or even a fan, so it was unbearably hot. (We were there in June) You have to leave straight away in the morning and not come back until late at night. Even with the windows open at night it was too hot, and also in the mornings too light to sleep. I wish I had read more of the comments where other guests say the same thing! -There was a random puddle of water on the floor when we arrived. -Check in was OK- you don't automatically get sent the door code before arrival (even if they have taken payment), you have to fill out a form and send a photo of your passport and then they send it to you. -Decor looks like a prison cell, not like the photos -I enquired if early check in was possible and they said it would be 42 CHF!! -I raised these issues with them after we checked out and they said there was nothing they could do. No effort to take into account customer feedback. Overall, disappointing. Very expensive what you get. I'd expect this quality for 50 CHF per night, not 150.

Not far from the station, comfortable bed, good shower. Bright and airy room

Microwave was broken, contacted them, they sent someone round to “show me how to work it” they confirmed what is said, it was broken. Given this is Zurich and eating out costs a kidney the loss of the microwave was a hassle. I'm not sure if they offered to send a repair person as the messaging was delayed but I was here for two nights and wasn't going to spend my only full day waiting in. The stairs are a bind but I was expecting that.
