Everyone that we dealt with was very helpful and pleasant. Very nice place with excellent amenities. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Everything was perfect. Location was fantastic. The facilities were amazing as well. We used the fitness center and pool daily. Would recommend to anyone and definitely stay again!

Longboat Key is undoubtedly a beautiful location - the condo was located across the street from the beach and was equipped with everything you could need for a fun vacation.

Where do I begin....and note, I am NOT one who writes poor reviews. Upon arrival, the condo complex was blocked with multiple commercial vehicles as they were about to undergo a major roofing project. Once we navigated that, our vacation was filled with dodging debris flying off of roofs, nails in the parking lot/driveway surrounding the condo, a blocked garage where I vehicle was, and of course, constant banging - starting at 8 am! We understand & appreciate the maintenance of property; however, what was overlooked in our opinion, was the job of the property manager to INFORM US of the upcoming project that coincided with our stay!!! Offer us the option to RESCHEDULE or OFFER ANOTHER PROPERTY. Not done! Weather was fabulous, but 1 day rained so much that the kitchen counter was flooded - upon lifting the blinds to inspect where the water was coming from, the blinds fell on us. Again, informed the property manager and no response. ANNA MARIA BEACH RENTALS INC is excellent with programmed texts, but NOT GOOD at personal connection and responsiveness so BEWARE should you have any issues, don't expect it to be addressed. I personally spoke with Terry, the owner, and he promised to compensate us for the fiasco and we have yet to hear from him after leaving the property. Will NOT do business with them again.
