GBA modern hotel with very comfortable beds and nicely decorated rooms
The bathroom in the de luxe room was a little pokey. Ironically we were given a classic room the first night as they had made a mistake and that room was bigger although had no balcony.
RETrès bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des principaux points d’intérêt et pratique pour se déplacer. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, de bonne qualité et très appréciable pour bien commencer la journée. Personnel agréable
Au vu du prix payé, la chambre ne vaut pas le tarif demandé. Elle est beaucoup trop petite et manque clairement d’espace pour être confortable. De plus, l’insonorisation est très insuffisante : on entend les voisins ainsi que les bruits provenant des chambres au-dessus. C’est dommage, car ces points ont fortement impacté notre séjour.

GBThe staff on arrival were very helpful and friendly. Underground parking was a real bonus. The room was light and comfortable with everything we needed. Dinner was lovely and the staff were very efficient. Access to Lake Annecy and the old town was great, being only a 5 minute walk from both. A great location being close to the heart of the town.
