GBStaff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed in three hotels while there and this was our favourite. Lovely little bakery in the reception area. So close to everything. Rooms with wonderful views. Really comfy bed. Lifts so fab for anyone not loving lots of steps.

GRThe view of the lake was amazing. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. We had dinner at their restaurant and we were disappointed with the service. They were disorganised. We got one starter after our meal and we kept reminding our order.
No body cream in the bathroom. Breakfast could have more choice.

Kleine opmerkingen. Zoals haakjes om je handdoek of badjas op te hangen in de badkamer. Vanaf het moment dat je een raam open zet of op je balkon zit hoor je enorm veel lawaai van de straat. We kregen handdoeken met vlekken. Gelukkig hadden we er genoeg. Het hotel heeft 4 sterren maar we hebben al in veel betere hotels geslapen met minder sterren.
