Everything was perfect, spacious..Amazing. We love everything about this place ,great host ,staff and environment. A quiet place to relax and retreat , on site kittens is a bonus..we will definitely come back again 👍🫶

It was spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There were few things: 1. The water pressure was weak. I was told the water pressure will return to normal the night of my check in, however, it was still weak until the next day of check out. 2. All of the airconds kept turned on and off. The issue was then resolved however the air was not cold enough and the airconds in two of the bedroom didn’t function properly, my parent’s room and our room felt like sauna from checkin until midnight. In the evening suddenly the electric was shut off/ power trip. They finally found the reason for at midnight; i.e, not enough voltage to support the villa’s electric consumption. The staff went into our villa at midnight to rectify it. This had affected both my parents and parents in law’s sleep. Although, the staff did their job to rectify it, however, our holiday was definitely disturbed by this experience. I understand that this may be out of their control (?) However, despite the management promised to compensate us, after more than 2 weeks, no compensation was given to us. No communication from them at all.

Definitely will come again!!The enviroment,the design of the villa,ms charline,mr hafidz and mrs syariffa very friendly…my kids really enjoy it
