1). I took Family Room and Hotel provide for me at 1st floor, I did Chat the Properties/Hotel to request the lower room due on my husband got heart failure, The staff do not respon my chat until we checkin. 2). The room also No Window. 3). Not suitable for senior citizen or Guest with wheelchair because the Hotel no lift. 4). Hotel only provide body soap, no shampoo (you have to standby by your self).

MYThe hotel was nice, comfortable, clean and beautiful. Definitely would stay there if I ever going to stay overnight in Keningau. Excellent service by all the staff. They all were very helpful and nice. The hotel location also near to shops and bank.
There's no electric kettle. Need to go outside the room to get hot water for drinks. Also no coffee or tea and sugar. No shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Would be extra nice to get those thing provided. Overall, all good.
MYtv only 2 channels but the family room is spacious enough for a family of 4pax . lot of parking. for elderly, theres no lift so can request lower level room. halal resto and 24h mart nearby.
