Staff are so well trained. Each time we stay we feel welcomed and like valued guests. We love the free icecream its a lovely treat. We love the filtered drinking water in the room. The beds are very comfy and the shower is wonderful. Breakfast is always fantastic and varied we all find something we love.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Customer service was excellent — always fast to respond and very helpful. Overall, a great experience. 😊

The only downside during my stay and something I’ve mentioned in my previous visits is the room lighting. The lighting is quite warm and dim, which makes it difficult to apply makeup properly. For guests who rely on good lighting to get ready, especially in the morning, brighter or more neutral lighting would make a big difference. Other than that, everything else was great and I always enjoy staying here.

Excellent location with many shops nearby, making it very convenient. The hotel is new and spacious. For this price and location, it’s definitely great value. The front desk staff were also very friendly and even gave us free ice cream!

If you’re driving, the parking is a car lift system. Only the first entry is free. Once you’ve parked, it’s not very convenient to take your car out frequently as you may need to queue, especially during peak hours when the waiting time can be quite long.

We have stayed at Mercure Miri previously in their standard room which we found too small, so we decided to stay in their suite this time. The size was much better. Friendly and helpful staff, free gelato, clean and quiet room, comfortable bed. Hotel parking garage - personally we had little to no wait time to fetch our car (maybe lucky / not peak period?) and the front desk was so kind as to waive our parking fees for our 4-night stay. Thank you!

It would be nice if the rooftop pool was heated, but minor detail. Gym also needs an upgrade - it can only fit about 3 people at a time

Complimentary ice-cream, car parking. cleanliness better compared to Pullman or Marriott resort hotel and room for improvement on cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom. Generally, the room is clean and there are no defects within.

The room is small compared to Pullman.
