Nice area. Convent to where I needed to be.

Unit wasn’t clean. Told property and they didn’t do anything. WiFi was awful they had tech come out next day and it worked for day then was in and out. Sad I stayed at this property before just different unit and didn’t have any issues. I will come back but hopefully it’s not the same issues and this was just a one time thing.

It was easy to get into the room with the code

The beds weren't comfortable, there were cock rotches in the kitchen, bed bugs in the bed and when we asked for another room or refund we were told that the rooms were all sold out. It took me taking pictures of the bed bugs in our bed and sending it to the manager for them to finally listen and they got us into another room which was much better however my family and I did not get a proper nights sleep while we were there due to the cock rotches and the bed bugs.

"Our home away from home"

We have made the Victor our place of choice for many years now and on frequent multiple trips..Love the privacy, comfort..Cleanliness etc..

Our complaint is the beds..Esp..The plastic covers on the mattresses..It has the propensity to create unwanted heat and sweat..Resulting in us both getting sick..on our last trip..
