3BR Comfy Apt in Logan Square

Chicago is a great city, this property is not. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to stay. I reached out to the property owner 24 hours before my stay to ask for check in details and did not receive them. I arrived in Chicago that morning and again asked for check in details and did not receive them. At 3pm, after owner stopped responding I started to panic. We were stranded in freezing weather, without anywhere to go, phone dying. I called Expedia for help. Finally received some details at 4pm. They were not accurate. Wrong entry code, wrong wi-fi, etc. No wi-fi durning entire stay. Walls were thin. You can hear neighbors walking. Neighbors were loud, parting playing music until 4am. Owner refused to offer any discount for these incoviences and Expedia has not been helpful with resolution either. Would not recommend booking through Expedia either. If you have any issues during your stay, they are ineffective.
