Stuff very friendly and lovely but beware of the manager, she’s very rude, megalomaniac, agressive, unprofessional, her place is not in this respectful hotel, her ego should be for the comfort of the client not for herself. I’m not visiting her in her house. When after a long argument concerning the room cleaning I told her that i am a loyal customer and I come 5 times per year , I stay every time 6 days at least, she answered we don’t have loyal clients, all clients are same and should be treated same way. She refused to clean my room for free saying that I should stay at least 6 days to get one cleaning. Unbelievable. Than when I checked out at 11 while I should check out at 10, she asks for 15 euros additional charges. She treats her employees like an officer on the army saying to one of them when she knew that he gave me his number, that’s it’s forbidden to give customers your personal phone number. I have a lot and a lot to say about the way she treats people but I will leave these things to her superior cause I won’t rest till she finds her real place, I don’t know where but not with respectful people.
Hotel tout neuf et très bien isolé. Taille des chambres parfaite. Facilité pour se deplacer en métro juste en face de l'hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique. Je recommande

We booked for two nights and decided to use the underground parking. Since the car was with a trailer, they made us pay for two parking spots, which was okay. However, the barrier went down at the entrance too soon and crashed into the car's rear window. There were CCTV cameras, so everything was evident. We immediately informed the hotel manager and Societe Icade guards on duty. The proper form was filled out. It has been over six months since then, and although we called several times, we haven't yet received any information regarding the damage compensation. We were left alone with the matter, which I found to be neglectful.
Je ne suis resté qu'une nuit, mais je suis satisfaite. Chambre propre, sanitaires propres, la chambre que j'ai réservée était bien orienté. Satisfaite de mon séjour. Je le recommande.
