L'appartamento si trova a dieci minuti a piedi circa dalla stazione e dal centro di Zurigo, pertanto è molto comodo per visitare la città. Ho trovato un ambiente pulito e confortevole.

Le tende alle finestre lasciano passare la luce al mattino. Non ho apprezzato le porte trasparenti, soprattutto quella del bagno, che priva della giusta privacy.

La tranquillità e la sicurezza

Non mi è piaciuto che non mi sia stato detto prima che l’ascensore sarebbe arrivata fino al 3 piano e dovevo fare un piano a piedi con carrozzino e bagagli , e la poca capienza dell’ascensore ha comportato il mio dover salire e scendere due volte ogni qualvolta ritornavo nella struttura , poi in altra cosa che non mi è affatto piaciuto ed infatti per questa cosa sono rimasto al quanto deluso e la non possibilità di poter perlomeno mettere i bagagli all interno della stanza , infatti arrivato alle 13 più o meno ho chiesto tramite E-mail se potevo iniziare ad accedere alla struttura datosi che avevo 3 bagagli un passeggino e alimenti per mio figlio , sulla risposta dell’e-mail sono stati tempestivi ma mi hanno chiesto ben 42 franchi svizzeri per accedere prima alla struttura , le premesse sono 2 : la prima è disumano non dare la possibilità a viaggianti con bagagli eccedere non farli accedere alla struttura un ora prima ma vi dico neanche un minuto prima perché fino a quando l’orologio non ha scattato le ore 15 il codice di accesso alla struttura era bloccato , la seconda invece capisco pure che vogliate approfittare di tutto il disagio che un viaggiatore ha ma 42 franchi … ovvero quasi 50 euro per un ora prima è inaccettabile , queste sono le cose che invito a voi a ripensare a come gestite le persone .

The glass door for the bathroom wasn’t well thought out since you could see the other person using the toilet. Also the wifi in the room was never working properly we had an evening with zero connection and that included phone signal too. The bed and pillows were terrible. I woke up in the middle of the night with terrible back and neck pain.

Me gustó todo. Limpio , céntrico, buena calefacción. Todo perfecto Estaba perfecto. Tenía de todo . Muy bonito. El cheking no entendí bien hacerlo online y me atendió un chico súper amable. Muchas gracias.

Gute Ausstattung, zentrale Lage.

Ich reise viel und buche häufig Apartments - aber eine derart krasse Diskrepanz zwischen der Online-Darstellung und der Realität habe ich selten erlebt. Die offiziellen Fotos sind offensichtlich stark inszeniert und nachbearbeitet. Sie vermitteln den Eindruck eines hellen, großzügigen, fast schon luxuriösen Apartments. Die Realität war eine völlig andere. Ich bin in einer dunklen Erdgeschosswohnung gelandet, in der man selbst tagsüber das Licht einschalten muss. Von „lichtdurchflutet“ keine Spur – im Gegenteil: Die Lichtverhältnisse sind so schlecht, dass die gesamte Wohnung gedrückt und ungemütlich wirkt. Ich habe eigene Fotos hochgeladen (aufgenommen morgens um 10 Uhr, nicht etwa nachts um 10 Uhr) – diese geben die tatsächliche Situation wieder: Man sitzt im Dunkeln. Der Unterschied zu den offiziellen Bildern ist erheblich. Das Apartment ist zudem sehr klein und wirkt trotz grundsätzlich ordentlicher Ausstattung insgesamt eher beklemmend als komfortabel. Die Kombination aus Enge und fehlendem Tageslicht machte den Aufenthalt schlicht hochgradig unangenehm. Für mich ist diese Art der Darstellung nicht mehr nur Marketing, sondern bewegt sich in meinem Fall klar im Bereich der Irreführung. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch Zusatzkosten wie 42 CHF für einen früheren Check-in. Für mich ein klares Zeichen, dass der kleinste Handgriff monetarisiert wird, statt den Aufenthalt für Gäste angenehm zu gestalten. Wer aufgrund der Bilder bucht, wird hier mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit herbe enttäuscht.
