Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted. Please note that the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and show examples of room categories. Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay. La ubicación, el lugar (tanto por fuera, como por dentro); las instalaciones.

Por momentos, en la noche, baja señal de wifi y que no haya una persona física, con quién hablar ante cualquier duda. Podría estar a través de una videollamada y asesorar, en caso de necesitar algo, cómo por ejemplo revisar la conexión de wi-fi.

"Severe flooding from a clogged bathroom drain filling the whole apartment and no help from staff"

The location is ok, and check-in was easy.

The bathroom drain was completely clogged. Every time I took a shower, the water overflowed from the bathroom into the main room and ended up flooding the entire area. I tried calling customer service, but no one answered. I also sent a message explaining the situation and asking for a fix, a room change, or at least fresh dry towels (since I had to use the ones I had to stop the water from spreading). The only reply I received was that my request was “your request was forwarded to the appropriate department” and then I heard nothing else. I’ve never had an experience this bad on any previous trip. An apartment flooded with water in mid of December with no support or any kind of help from the host.

"Ottima posizione, carino e pulito ma non comodissimo."

Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale, moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per stare qualche giorno. Dalle finestre del bagno e della cucina si gode di un bel panorama sul campanile. Posizione buona, vicino a numerose fermate del tram che ti portano in centro senza problemi.

Il letto è messo nel sottotetto attaccato al muro ed è scomodo entrarne o uscirne anche a causa di un'isola messa su un lato. Inoltre l'ascensore non ti porta direttamente al piano, ma a quello di sotto.

Facile d’accès, bien situé, zone calme. Appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un court séjour. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Le check-in online fonctionne très bien.

Chambre trop lumineuse, les stores et rideaux laissent complètement passer la lumière (lampadaire sur la rue extérieur) Aucun contact avec le personnel, tout est géré par le biais du site internet.
