We booked the Suite Panoramic on the 5th floor, oh my goodness, it was breathtaking. The suite was immaculate in its presentation, huge comfortable bed, soft fluffy pillows. The bathroom is practically a spa experience. Huge bath with mountain views, fantastic shower, fluffy robes and beautiful toiletries. The terrace is out of this world, shades to keep the sun at bay and blinds for privacy ( not that anyone can see you )... sitting with a coffee watching the sunset was simply spectacular. The hotel is conveniently located, a 5 minute easy walk from the train station, close to Freddies statue, the Queen Experience, some beautiful restaurants and shops, everything is within easy walking distance. The Montreux Rivera card was also provided by the hotel which was very much appreciated. The staff in the hotel need a special mention......Palmi and the reception team could not do enough for us. Every question, query and request was delivered with such a passion for their guests. They are a credit to the hotel. We didn't meet the housekeeping staff but they delivered an immaculate service for the entirety of our stay, again, a credit to the hotel. Our stay was amazing, I cannot wait to return. We will definitely recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone who is travelling to beautiful Montreux 🩷
