Hotel Dex Tlaquepaque

As soon as you enter the secure entry patio and reception area you will feel like your troubles were left out in the street. We love all the receptionist Denise, Ivan or Fernanda will bend over backwards to make sure your every need is met or promptly address any concerns you may have. After relaxing in very comfortable beds one can enjoy the morning’s complimentary coffee, fruit and empanada served by Juan Jose in the morning and drinks served by Carlos the bar tender. I can’t say enough of this clean, comfortable and friendly staffed hotel. We love it!!!!

We stayed here for one night and we wish we would have stayed longer! There were 5 of us so we booked the luxury suite. It had 2 full bedrooms with bathrooms and a living room with pull-out couch. The staff was amazing. Although checkout was at 12pm they allowed us to check out at 1230 and even held our bags until 530pm when we were leaving Tlaquepaque. Breakfast was fruit and yogurt with fruit filled empanadas. It was all delicious and included with our stay. We did not use the pool but it looked clean and comfortable. There was a beautiful patio right outside our door open to the rest of the guests, perfect for having your morning coffee. Located just a block away from all the beauty of centro Tlaquepaque. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind if we come back.

The staff was so helpful and accomodating. For our first time to Guadalajara, it was memorable and we will visit again soon!!

Come down for weddings everyone went out of their way to assist us whit our stay

The property is simply beautiful and modern. But better than that, the great service from their. Since the moment we arrived, until the moment we departed the property, the staff were always welcoming, servicial and very attentive of our needs as guests. I would like to thank very much Denisse, who helped me set up a little before check in time since I had to cancel a previous reservation in another hotel from the area due to bad service and inhumane conditions of the room. We had a wedding that same afternoon and Denisse helped us get to our room with plenty of time so we could get ready. Also Fernanda who was very helpful with all the questions we had. Last, but not least, Carolina from the coffee and kitchen area who was extremely nice and servicial. She also made great coffee for us. I know the hotel has been open for the last 2 years, and if you guys continue to do everything as you are doing it right now, you will be super successful. I totally recommend this hotel to everybody who is planning to visit Tlaquepaque!

Extremely nice place and staff outstanding!

My six day stay at Hotel Dex was amazing! From the moment we arrived we were received with such welcoming staff and beautifully maintained property. The staff went above and beyond to assist with everything we needed from setting up tours, recommendations to area favorites, laundry and transportation. The hotel is very safe and has 24 hour surveillance. The pool was clean and well maintained to a perfect temperature. We enjoyed fresh, homemade breakfast selection everyday. Our suite was the two bedroom top floor suite which had perfect space for our group of 6. The bedrooms were decorated nicely with ample TV programming. I have only wonderful things to say about Hotel Dex and fully recommend to anyone looking for a centrally located gem! Thank you Hotel Dex for adding the special touch to making our first trip to Guadalajara extra special.

Hotel Dex Tlaquepaque was the perfect place to stay for a couple days in GDL. It’s one black away from the main strip in Tlaquepaque. Rooms are clean and comfy and the staff is one of the most friendly I have ever been around. The climatized pool was also convenient. There is also a beautiful, rooftop deck (terraza). I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Guadalajara. It’s a 10 minute uber ride to the centro histórico de GDL and Zapopan. Also, such a great place to leave your hotel and take a nightly stroll I. The heart of one of the most touristic “pueblo mágicos” in the Jalisco. Loved it.

I really like that it was convenient to San Pedro Tlaquepaque. Able to walk easily to the church there & dining, shopping. I did not like the noise. Walls seem to thin. I constantly heard people talking outside my room. You can hear all the noise from the breakfast area & kitchen in the morning. It was hard to sleep because of the noise. But the hotel is super nice & modern style. Very clean & friendly personnel. I’d stay again just because of the location & all but I really hope they can fix the noise problem.

Hotel is located in the heart of Tlaquepaque. Several nice restaurants not even 5 minutes away and the main plaza is also less than 5 minutes walking distance.
