Los sanitarios de las áreas comunes en muy mal estado, faltan botes de basura en áreas comunes, los usuarios o residentes no respetan el numero de estacionamiento que les corresponde.

It was a very spacious place, my girls and I loved staying there.
El lugar es muy lindo pero el piso donde me toco, los pasillos duraron días con basura, el ruido de los vecinos era excesivo y no habia donde reportar , adicional a que se amanecieron fumando sustancias no permitidas y yo con mis hijos en el cuarto contiguo. Ya me había quedado hace un año en Pacífica y tenían lineamientos muy estrictos sobre esto y veo que se me omitieron ya

The only thing that I like was the pool, the rest was unsafe during the night whole area was totally dark poor illumination, during the day people working were very rude the room was vey dirty, the smell was horrible, and they refuse to clean it they said that they will clean it until we leave, since the beginning everything start bad, before I arrive to the place I was asked to pay 20 dollars, they send a e-mail with account number to make a deposit, I told them that I will do it when arrive to the place , since I didn’t deposit the 20 dollars they refused to give me the key I arrived around 10:30 pm and I was told that I have to come back the next day for the key even when I paid for the day of my arrival, they refuse to receive the 20 dollars at my arrival because the person at that moment didn’t have the acces to the office. (The 20 dollars were for cleaning the room,) I paid the 20 dollars the next day when the people had the access to the office, Due to the dark place I fell one of the nights I didn’t see the stairs near the office .
En lo particular quiero felicitar la seguridad, la atención, la educación, el cuidado, las instalaciones, el departamento. Una experiencia que volveré a repetir.
Comentan que los departamentos son bonitos y si, pero más chiqtos que en las fotos, tu tienes que tirar tu basura y por lo menos a mí en la recepción no fueron tan amables. Las instalaciones son lindas, pero no hay tanta vigilancia y los vecinos hicieron mucho ruido todo el tiempo y nadie los calla, a las 3 AM gritando. Las sábanas estaba rotas, creo que sí le falta presentación y mejor servicio.
Ni siquiera ocupamos el hotel, ya que la ubicación ni siquiera corresponde a lo que tienen anunciado en hoteles.com, llamé para pedir ayuda y me cambiaron de ubicación, y lo que recibí fueron groserías literalmente, y abuso en cargos para cambiarme de hotel. La verdad aplicación la uso constantemente y realmente me decepciona que desde hace unos meses para acá pésimo servicio y atención, cuando fue uno de los principales motivos por los que decidí quedarme con esta aplicación.
