IF THE DOOR HAD DOUBLE LOCKS OR BETTER SAFETY, WOULD EASILY RATE A BIT HIGHER. IN NEED OF SOME MAINTENANCE. IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE RAIN, I GUESS THE PLACE WOULD LOOK BETTER.
