Nothing, it was a disaster

When we arrived at the property it was some sort of courrier sorting center. No reception or anything, they didn't know where to send us. Called the property, they said they were "unfortunately overbooked" and offered to transfer us to another appartment. Arriving there there were problems with the access codes and when finally entering an hour and a half later the appartment was completely different that the reservation. No terrace, no wifi, single glass inside windows letting pass all the noise of people entering and leaving and no privacy, tiny shower of maybe 60x60 cm, shared for both rooms

Desde que llegas no sabes cuál es el lugar para estacionarte ni el lobby, la zona insegura y con mucho ruido, la habitación sin ventilación ni ventanas abiertas, el vecino con un perro que no deja de ladrar, la alberca por lo que íbamos sin funcionar y sin previo aviso, no me reembolsaron ni un peso y solo estuve 2 horas en ese lugar, no me quedé ni una sola noche y había reservado para dos noches...

Started off well since it is close to a friend's place even though it's a bit dingy. I would have considered it a solid 6.

I found hairs on the pillow and bed. So, I doubt it was cleaned well. The second bedroom bed was not made and unusable. I tried adding a second night because of work and instead of answering me the night I asked, they surprised me in the morning with you must move to another unit. I'm already settled in and that disruption happened just before I was about to start work. Whoever I was talking to on booking wanted me to call a number to extend my reservation. Called multiple times and no answer. They left me in the dark the whole stay on whether is be able to stay another night. The place wasn't great but I needed to be settled and work. They did not care about that. Definitely not worth the price. Oh yeah.. The faucet in the bathroom sprays all over you if you barely pull the knob up. Sun blasts the windows all day so it's a cave with the shades drawn. The customer service is really what made this a bad experience. All they needed to do was actually communicate instead of bide time and delay so I would be forced to move into another one of their substandard apartments. Also, I don't know what the pictures are from. Various units they are renting, but the pictures didn't look like the place I was in.
