AC Hotel by Marriott Saltillo

Me encantó el hotel solo hay que tener paciencia con los elevadores. Pero está bello.

Excelente muy buen servicio al cliente

Al personal le falta comunicación y organización, nos dijeron cerrarían temprano el bar el viernes por la noche 10:00 PM porque el siguiente día tendrían que llegar temprano. El sábado acudimos nuevamente al Bar porque las instalaciones son muy buenas y no contrataron una transmisión de un juego de soccer importante para la zona, nos tuvimos que mover a consumir a un restaurante de la zona, en el desayuno incluido nos cobraron 2 o 4 pesos por algo y un refresco que no estaba incluido y comentamos lo incluyeran a la habitación pues sabíamos había una cuenta de la noche anterior y pues regresa la Srita informando que no teníamos cuenta abierta, (por $64 MN), me causa molestia pues ni la actitud ni la forma fueron correctas pues pareciera nos iríamos sin pagar, en el check out pagamos alrededor de $1600 MN de consumo del Bar y para rematar había una gotera en la habitación (baño)y en el área de consumo del desayuno. El diseño y la ubicación del hotel tienen 5 ⭐️, lo demas solo 3.

I would like to formaly make a claim, I try to talk to the Manager and was not there, my reservation including all taxes was $846 for alll the stay, I did not consume anything and they charged me $1195,00 I complain and had not help neither answer yet. I am still waiting for response.

The Hotel is great, since is almost new. But I reserved by Booking. com, and the price went from up when I got to the Hotel. From one night at $ 155.00 USD to $254.00 USD an other night. When I call to ask, the answer was not satisfactory; since the representative, only told me that the hotel has the right to the rate per night. One hundred dollars is a lot difference is a lot. Also; Booking. com charged me $95.32 when I make the reservation. And to my understanding my room was paid for, but when I got to the hotel, I was told that I have to pay. I don't know what kind of arrangements Marriot and Booking. com has but this looks really bad. For this reason although the Hotel is great, the charges seems unreasonable and fishy. And I'm planning on not coming back.
