M e gusto todo!! el servicio de las 3 chicas que atienden fue super excelente!! quede muy contento! definitivamente volveria ahi sin dudarlo, el trato que te dan es increible, el desayuno super rico y preparado al momento para ti, los cuartos limpios, wifi sin problemas, el lugar es muy bueno y seguro, simplemente el ambiente familiar que hay ahi te hace sentir como en casa.

Nos gustó la atención del personal, siempre nos resolvieron las solicitudes, muy atentos todo el tiempo al chat para responder a lo que necesitábamos. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y los desayunos también

El baño no sé si tenía un daño debajo del lavamanos o era la misma agua de la ducha que se salía y esto hacía que todo el tiempo el baño estuviera mojado y se viera sucio.

"Didn’t match expectations"

The staff was nice, and breakfast was good and generous

Pretty far from the city centre, about 45 minutes by bus and about 1 hour for international airport. The water from the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold! Good luck with that! The 2 nd day they kindly refreshed the bedroom with fresh towels but they folded bedsheets on top of the bed,for us to make the bed! Also there was a very light blanket, we felt a bit cold and because there is no reception after 4 pm , but you can call a number we didn’t ask for another blanket
