Es limpio y las personas bien.

En la habitación no hay una mesa para colocar cosas y si hay espacio. Fuimos 4 y en le balcón solo dos sillas. Se solicita dijeron que colocarían dos sillas adicionales y no lo hicieron. El parqueadero es como a 6 cuadras del hotel. No se tiene conocimiento por que en le adjunto al hotel no nos permitieron parquear En el desayuno ofrecen algunos alimentos que después cobran y no es claro cuando lo ofrecen. Aparentemente está dentro del menú que ofrecen dentro del.precio de la.hanitacion. Falta Claridad en la oferta.

Deseo dejar constancia de mi inconformidad con este alojamiento debido a las deficientes condiciones de descanso ofrecidas durante nuestra estancia. La habitación asignada estaba ubicada directamente sobre una vía con alto flujo vehicular, generando ruido constante y excesivo por el paso de motos, ambulancias, automóviles y personas durante toda la noche. La situación fue tan grave que, a las 2:20 a. m., mi esposa, mis dos hijos menores de edad y yo continuábamos sin poder dormir. Informamos oportunamente el problema al personal del hotel y solicitamos una solución, pero no se nos ofreció un cambio de habitación ni ninguna alternativa efectiva para garantizar nuestro descanso. Considero que esto constituye una deficiencia importante en la calidad e idoneidad del servicio prestado, ya que una de las finalidades esenciales de un alojamiento es proporcionar un ambiente adecuado para dormir. La falta de respuesta y de medidas correctivas por parte del establecimiento agravó aún más la situación. No recomendaría este alojamiento a familias ni a personas que busquen descansar adecuadamente. La experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado y de lo que razonablemente debe ofrecer un servicio de hospedaje.

"Rato amargado por la falta de colaboración en hechos que afectan la tranquilidad"

El parqueadero del hotel no responde por daños ocasionados por otros, me rayaron el carro y ni el hotel le colabora para ubicar el irresponsable, las cámaras las tienen para lujo y desconfiguradas, en tiempo real, el hotel es bueno pero no recomiendo que usen el parqueadero
