NGN Gran Hotel

Room was moldy smelling, hotwater did not work. Moved to different room asked for room to be cleaned two days in row, room never cleaned, no fresh towels no toilet paper. Will never stay again and never recommend!!!!

Room 406 smell like urine. The room is too far from the elevator and you have to go through a winding hallway. There is lack of signage for directions to your room and exit.

Although the staff are what makes this hotel nice, the property needs to be worked on. The bathrooms also needs attention due to the odor, you can smell paint.

Lovely staff, helpful and friendly. Got a free upgrade after a few days! Didn't ask for one but a nice surprise. Upgraded room much bigger, more facilities but water pressure worse. Still nice to be upgraded though

First room very cramped, nowhere to put clothes. So upgrade improved that. A few cockroaches but then, this is Asia I guess. Restaurant wouldn't serve single portions which I found bizarre. Plus a charge for room service which I didn't expect.

Everything is good

For tuguegarao the place was decent. New, clean. Staff specially front desk are not well trained. Had problems with change as I paid in cash.
