The Location was perfect, 5 minutes down the main town where you will find, supermarkets, cafes and Restaurants. Some waterfalls and caves are really close by as well. Overall the location was perfect distance The room was a great size for 4 people

The water in the shower and sink was turned off every morning at 5 am. We are early risers so we need water when waking up in the morning. Also during the night when we got back from all day out.

We like the food, and love that they have 3 pools available. Towels were provided as well as basic toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste soap and shampoo. The rooms are spacious and relaxing and big enough for a family of 4. The staff are approacheable and friendly.

The shower and heater are not working/ not turning on so we had to use the pail and dipper.

The pools were small but they were clean and enjoyable. The room AC is good and WiFi is strong.

Many things are missing that guests would normally expect for basic comfort. The hot water in the shower does not switch on. The toilet doesn’t flush. The bedside lamps don’t have bulbs (why bother having them?). There are no mirrors so my dad could not shave. You’re given a hygiene kit but no soap. There’s a choice of disposable towel (it’s like paper) a regular towel (old and worn out). Can’t unpack my suitcase because there’s nowhere to put clothes; no closet or cabinet, not even a hook behind the door. I did ask for a wardrobe rod and they found one in another room.

no tissue not enough water in shower,better use the bucket thres no plstic in trash bin no staff at night i suggest dont book wth breakfst included, u wil regret. they wil only serve a silog(filipino breakfst) and cold water u need to pay for coffee. red horse is a bit expnsive 3 cans for 350pesos,u need to pay a service fee too thres a lot of restaurnt in town,just take a trisikel if u want a good dinner,and thres a small karnderia too outside of casa robles
