Our stay was extremely pleasant. Our time in the property was very relaxing. The breakfast and breakfast area were very nice. The rooms were nice, clean and very comfortable. The outside area and the pool area were relaxing and peaceful.

La struttura dal punto di vista estetico è molto bella, curata e ben ristrutturata. Nulla da dire sull’ambiente e sull’impatto visivo della masseria, che risulta sicuramente piacevole e di livello.

Dal punto di vista dei servizi, invece, ritengo ci siano aspetti importanti da migliorare, soprattutto considerando il livello e il costo della struttura. Non è accettabile dover comunicare continuamente via WhatsApp per richiedere servizi basilari durante un pranzo, come acqua, pane o bevande, con tempi di attesa anche molto lunghi (ad esempio circa 50 minuti per ricevere tre spritz). Pur non essendoci un servizio ristorante completo, esiste comunque un menù strutturato e un’offerta gastronomica reale: proprio per questo ci si aspetta un livello di servizio più organizzato, efficiente e adeguato al prezzo richiesto.

L'hôtel est assez loin de tout, un avantage mais aussi un inconvénient. La restauration proposé ne donne pas le choix : menu unique, prix unique un peu excessif, dommage. On a dû prendre à l'extérieur pour manger dans la chambre car après une journée de marche on veut se poser

Son design atypique ! Et le personnel de l accueil du petit déjeuner et du ménage vraiment très sympathique et à l écoute de ses clients !

Le manque de déco au niveau de l accueil de la Masseria qui au niveau du reste n est pas du tout au niveau !une simple table avec un ordinateur !🙏également le supplément œufs 🥚 pour le petit déjeuner me semble disproportionné par rapport au standing de l établissement !

Endroit calme décor magnifique une literie au top et le personnel très à l’écoute d’une profonde gentillesse. Petit dej copieux. Nous avons pris une 2eme nuit

In het geheel was het een mooi gebouw en de omliggende terreinen waren goed onderhouden

Bij aankomst op de locatie ( straat ) geen herkenning van de messaria er ontbrak een huisnummer en een naambordje daardoor onvindbaar de toegang naar de kamer met heel steile trap voor mensen met fysieke beperking onverantwoord ( op te lossen door upgrade naar andere kamer ) badjassen waren niet aanwezig bij navraag werd er gezegd dat de handdoeken daarvoor gebruikt worden we hebben daarom dan ook geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en als alternatief een daguitstap gepland bij terugkomst in de late namiddag lagen er badjassen VEEL TE LAAT dit was voor ons de laatste dag 😤 heel vervelend dat er inkijk is in het toilet en badkamer van het tegenliggend terras van de buren 😤😤 Er ontbrak airco op de kamer ondanks het vermeld staat in de faciliteiten belangrijk voor ons ! Daarom ging onze keuze naar dit verblijf De douche was helemaal niet proper zeker niet dit voor vijf sterren 🌟 verblijf

Lovely calm, tranquil, atmospheric, Masseria with beautiful grounds and pool. The staff were really welcoming, polite and friendly and always ready to help with questions. Communication via WhatsApp always prompt. A great mix of ancient surroundings with modern facilities. The Fran restaurant food was delicious and breakfasts offered both sweet and savoury selections. Cooked breakfasts could be ordered. Loved the zen-like feel to the hotel from its peacefulness, to the lovely all-white uniforms of the wonderful young staff.

The bar in the old chapel was sadly closed and the air conditioning could not be operated even though the room was hot. It was explained that this is a law and is out of their control. Some comfortable outside seating would also have enhanced the facilities to maybe sit and read in the lovely gardens.
