Communication and sudden change of room assignment. The guest checking in was already on the property, waited 2 more hours after check-in time, and was told to proceed to a different Tower. They only messaged on Booking.com after all this chaos happened.

We got there May 10 We did not see anybody except the Security Guard and telling us there us no Key for the Property i even showed my Confirmation. We ended up looking for another hotel that 2 days we have to stay. I was Terified and Bad experienced feel bad for my Company.

My email was not answered right away. Can't reach the person in charge and when I was able to, she told me that she can only provide one room which in fact I paid in advance for two rooms. At the end, she was able to give me two rooms but of separate location, one in Tower A and the other in Tower B. Very disppointing.

My booking was confirmed by Hotels.com but when we were on our way to the property, I received an email from them informing me that we can't be accommodated and that I will be refunded in full. So, we had to reroute the transportation we were in and book in any open accommodations I could. I ended up paying higher transportation fee and accommodation fee. I tried reaching the contact number linked to the accommodation, it seemed not in use anymore. When I called the contact number given in the email, the person who answered told me it was not her who would give the refund. After a long exhausting flight, I felt like I was scammed! I even had to contact Hotels.com 3x to follow up on the refund that was promised to me. It took them several days and attempts before they were able to contact the owner. The whole experience was sooo inconvenient!
