Staff is pretty nice and helpful.

The room is small.

The staff was nice and polite. They welcomed us very friendly and gave us extra towels because of the rain. Very close to the airport (10minutea in a tuk tuk) if you have a flight early in the morning.

First, the pictures are deceptive, clearly from a while ago as the room was very run down. The pictures that I saw on Booking didn't match the condition of the room. The bathroom could do with some renovations as well. Second, and most important, I saw two cockroaches in the bathroom. After seeing that, I started to inspect the room properly and I found more under the bed. Also the floor there was dirty and really disgusting. Bottom line, what they charged per night (€31) for the standard of the room is outrageous. It is unacceptable the lack of cleanliness for both health and comfort. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The beds were super comfortable, the place is nicely decorated, we liked the kids area in the restaurant, the owner was friendly, the welcome drinks were nice.

The shower was freezing, the cleanliness was not good (coffee stains under the bed, mould marks around the sink, broken toilet seat). My daughter had to do 6 orders in the restaurant as the waitress kept coming back saying that they were out of food which meant she ate very late after a long travelling day. It would be better for the staff to just say what IS available.

Breakfast was not included, however it was tasty and portions were normal. I had two pancakes with a flat white and I found everything in line with expectations. Loved that I could check in late and check out late, it was very convenient. Also appreciated being able to leave my bags for few hours while visiting around the city.

A very easy and practical improvement would be including USB ports (USB-B and USB-C) on the power outlets. Not everybody (not me at least) travels with multiple socket adaptors and it can be a problem when charging many devices.

Staff was very kind and helpful. They helped us to plan day trips and to book transportation. Easy to ask questions and tips. Room was good value for the money. Easy access to the airport and town centre. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Suitable for the family with kids.

Restaurant was a bit of disappointment. They did have nice menu but most of the things on the menu were unavailable [even fruits]. They also had some sort of annual pest control day during the day we were supposed to check out. We were unaware about that. . Receptionist were asking what time we will check out and end up asking us to come out of our room @ 7 am so they could check our room. Check out time was @ 11. We were only guests and place was shut down so didn't really understand why they couldn't do our room after our chek out? We did check out @ 8.30. Could be nice to inform these kind of events beforehand so customers could alter their booking if necessary or not to accept any bookings for that day at all.

Staff was kind and helpful. They always greeted and asked how we are. Easy access to the airport. Even tho hair blow dryer wasn't part of the deal were able to borrow one. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Room was value for the money. Suitable for family with kids.

It said we would have a view. The view was neighbours rooftop and backyard. It didn't bother us, but could bother someone who might expect something else.
