Villaggio bellissimo se si cerca un momento di relax lontani dal caos della città. Gli chalet molto carini e ottimi sia per coppie che per famiglie con bambini.

Premesso che è la nostra seconda volta qui, purtroppo questa esperienza è stata molto più deludente rispetto alla precedente. Il personale è risultato poco presente e non particolarmente cortese. Due persone del nostro gruppo (eravamo in 10), che non hanno partecipato alla colazione prenotata, le hanno comunque fatte pagare, senza molta flessibilità. Anche i prezzi del cibo e della spa ci sono sembrati piuttosto alti. L’appartamento e la struttura in generale avrebbero bisogno di qualche revisione: spazi non molto comodi, pulizia migliorabile e problemi con la caldaia che rendevano difficile fare la doccia con acqua calda. Nel complesso un’esperienza non all’altezza delle aspettative. Se cercate relax dopo una giornata di sci, probabilmente non è la soluzione ideale.
