Clean room and overall facilities. Easy to get to a train station to get to Milan. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.

Buon albergo in posizione strategica a 400 metri dalla stazione delle ferrovie nord di Saronno. Struttura molto pulita e ben organizzata. Ottima l'accoglienza e il servizio del personale.

Great little boutique style hotel with touch of class belying its cost. Tasty continental breakfast with plenty of delicious cakes and pastries. Free barista coffees also available. Only 5 mins from train station.

Hotel Cyrano exceeded my expectations. The staff was absolutely wonderful ❤️ extremely helpful the train station is not far from there at all. I am forever grateful to Moreno who did an outstanding job by answering every question I had to making me a sandwich one night one day that I arrived late due to a train delay and had no dinner. Moreno, assisted me by suggesting/recommending forms of transportation back to the airport and he went out of his way in helping with the arrangements. Every hotel should have staff like Cyrano Hotel and every hotel should have a Moreno. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The breakfast was a great and the ladies who assisted in the breakfast area were also very kind every morning, welcoming guests with a friendly smile. Hands up to the owners and managers who hire great quality people like the ones who work in this hotel. It is staff like Hotel Cyrano that want to make you come back and stay here. I will miss the friendly staff every morning and every evening upon my arrivals.

Nice people in the local area, frequented the karaoke bar around the corner too. Would easily go back

The hotel was attempting to do business fraud to me. I booked a triple room which can sleep 3 persons, I shared the room with my mom, total two persons, the front desk is trying to charge me additional person because my mom stays with me, I argued with them thaty room is triple room can stay three persons, so there is nothing wrong my mom stays with me. The front desk guy said he would call police, I told him go ahead call police, I am not afraid, and I will see how police decide. I am Asian American, he thought I came from some Asian poor country and would afraid of his threaten. Not recommended. Very bad experience.
