Attitude towards dogs

Tiny room. The bathroom has a constant sewer smell. It's really hard to fit in the shower. The shower fixture is broken. Strong round-the-clock noise of the railway that passes nearby.

Marco was very friendly and helpful. Also another lady, Sonya, was very nice! Perfect location, nice breakfast and AWESOME coffee. Also there's a balcony for your dogs :3

Room was too dark and small, but if you plan just to sleep there, it's okay :0

Very kind and flexible host. No extra costs to bring our dogs. Very close to the beach.

Marco the owner was incredibly friendly and kind. He was always available to help out, eg by letting me leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout. As other reviews mention, the rooms are on the small side, but set up very carefully with everything you need to be very comfortable. There is some noise from the local trains but I found that they are infrequent enough during the night that it is possible to get a good night's sleep. The location is very good - a short walk to the beach and right next to the MetroMare which runs very frequently to the station, from which you can also easily walk to the historic centre. There are nearby restaurants and bars without it being too noisy from people outside at night. The breakfast was very good - cereal, bread, spreads, fresh croissants, and good coffee etc! I would stay here again if I come back to Rimini :)

Marco was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and nice. Since it was a low season the hotel was almost empty.

Not exactly an issue, but could bother someone - the location is perfect for the beaches, few meters from the hotel, but if you wanna get to the city center, port or train station, it's like 40-50 minutes walk. Or you can take the Metromare (just around the corner from the hotel) and be there in couple of minutes.

+ Location of the hotel is perfect. Not too close to the tourist centre, but also very close to the beach and the Metromare station (Toscanini). + The room was spacious and had everything we needed: fast WiFi, comfortable beds, air condition, balcony. The room was tidied every day. + The breakfast was simple but effective! Fresh cornettos (croissants) were my absolute favourite. + The hotel boss Marco was so kind and I will miss our chats together. Grazie!
