The apartment was clean and the location was good. There was plenty of room in the apartment , the historic city center was only about a mile walk and there were some shops and restaurants close by.

We had a little difficulty understanding the directions regarding the parking and locating the lockboxes to access the keys upon arrival. Once we figured it out , we had not difficulty getting into the apartment. I think having a code to get into and out of the apartment would be more accessible.

Description states air conditioning but that was not the case, it was 25.5°C in the apartment and no air conditioning. After making us feel like we didn’t know how to work the controls they sent a technician who said it was fixed but wasn’t, eventually they told us it wasn’t working as still on winter mode (in May in 28-29°C heat outside!!) did bring fans after 24hours which helped a little. There are so many negatives about this place for something that appears upmarket. Brown stains on some towels, mouldy dirty areas in bathroom ( see photos), cheap toilet paper, no oven trays or oven glove/mitt, no kitchen roll ,only 2 dishwasher tablets for 5 night stay, no Prosecco/champagne glasses, only one dish towel and no kitchen hand towel, no whisk or small sharp knife, 2 large sharp knives need sharpening. Prohibitive financial penalties if you lose, break or damage a kitchen item - from €30 for a fork or glass!! Does not make for a comfortable or relaxing stay.

The apartment was easy to find and had a good quiet location just outside of the city center. It was clean and cozy, bed was comfy, the auto climate control unit maintained a warm comfy temperature inside. There were enough kitchen utensils to cook yourself. The self check-in instructions were clear and had extensive detailed information on how to get in.

Just a couple things which could have been added: the bathroom was missing a holder for shower gel/shampoo and a towels holder too.

Very good communication with owners of the apartments, very easy to find the place without any problems.

Beautiful spacious appartement, impeccably clean, access informations perfectly explained! Bed is super confortable , easy and fast contact with the host 👍

we appreciated everything except the fact that the air conditioner doesn’t work properly!! The temperature was pre programmed, no way to lawer the temperature in the apparement , we were feeling hot and we didn’t enjoy our stay as we were supposed to ! We took this apartment because it mentioned that it has an air conditioner but finally it works as a fan that’s it! What a shame because except that everything was perfect.

The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Only a short walk into Como. Instructions on access etc was very clear.

A great and spacious apartment set just away from the centre of the lake….clean throughout and all mod cons

Only thing we didn’t like was the walk back from the lake

The apartment was easy to find with clear instructions and the the rooms were very clean. Great hosts,great location
