- Zeer goede ontvangst door host met duidelijke uitleg. - Goede locatie van het appartement en redelijke prijs. - Relatief ruime woonkamer, veel daglicht. - Kleine keuken maar praktisch

- Onvoldoende handdoeken en keukenhanddoeken voor een langer verblijf - Geen aanwezigheid van basisbenodigdheden zoals koffie, peper en zout,.. wat wel aangenaam zou zijn bij appartement uitgerust met een keuken - GEEN wifi. Meermaals eigenaar moeten contacteren hiervoor met lange wachttijd op response en finaal geen oplossing. Beperkte compensatie hiervoor ontvangen. - Geen mogelijkheid tot ophaling restafval, ook dit niet ideaal voor een langer verblijf

Condizioni ai limiti della vivibilità, trattandosi di una sistemazione ex uso ufficio al piano terra: 2 pareti su 4 completamente vetrate, si è quindi costretti a passare il tempo con le tende completamente tirate per non vedersi lo sguardo dei passanti (per fortuna pochi) o i fanali delle auto in sosta praticamente dentro casa. Pulizia approssimativa. Biancheria strappata. L'ultimo giorno dalle 7:30 del mattino è stata chiusa l'acqua per lavori in tutto lo stabile. Ovviamente la cosa non ci era stata notificata in alcuna maniera (no e-mail, messaggio whats app, cartello fuori la porta), nonostante le comunicazioni del servizio di hosting fosse stata molto celere e puntuale nel rimarcare il giorno precedente le condizioni di check-out (puntualità orario, pulizia stoviglie e smaltimento rifiuti a carico degli occupanti). Considerato il disagio finale, più che deludente, direi soggiorno terribile, che non mi sento di augurare a nessuno.

It's a very good location (safe and quiet district). There were everything you need (bed sheets, towels, kitchenware, good Wi-Fi). Place was cozy and nice. Bed and sofa was soft and comfortable.

Please be more specific about what's included in the price and what needs to be paid on site. I thought I'd paid for all the taxes, but it turns out I still need to pay some. Even though I was informed when I booked that these taxes were already included in the total price.
