big space, good location

no hot water on the second evening. after discussion with stuff, late in night info came to us that there is secret switch for water heater. Wi-Fi was working but there was no internet

Amazing view from the balconies, both of Etna and the castle, great value for money, spacious rooms all with en suit. Perfect location, we walked everywhere (apart from the beach). The guy that handed us the keys gave us a nice tour of the spacious apartment, explaining everything we need to know and was very lovely and helpful. Also the building has an elevator which was great!

The wifi wouldn’t connect properly, so we just ended up using our own data during the time in the apartment. There were a lot of rules regarding the rubbish bins and taking them out/where and where not to leave the rubbish outside, but then enough bin bags weren't provided. Also one of the showers didn’t have a shower head holder so it was a bit awkward to shower at times.

Very good location, close to bus station, airport and city center.

Poor internet conection. Wi-fi router had to be restarted too often.

Really great location, beautiful views (including Etna) from the terrace and balcony, spacious apartament with 3 bathrooms. Big beds. Elevator in the building.

Missing bedclothes (not provided for every guest, some spare pillows/bedsheet in the closet, but without necessary covers). Flush in one bathroom was causing troubles. Not enough cups/glasses for all the guests (5).
