"Wunderschönes Palazzo"

Sehr schönes Palazzo mit riesigen Zimmern und hohen gemalten Decken. Der Kühlschrank war ein bisschen laut und der Fernseher könnte größer sein, weil das Wohnzimmer so riesig ist. Ansonsten sind wir total zufrieden und kommen gerne zurück.

The apartment we booked, turned out to be double booked just few hours before our arrival. we were tried to be relocated to another facility for some days and then again relocated to another apartment, total twice in a full stay of a week. we had to argue hard for getting a more satisfactory assistance, which was finally granted. we could eventually stay at the apartment originally booked, after moving once
