Sant'Agostino Apartments by Rent All Como

Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito, con posizione ottima.

We stayed 3 nights at “180 Window on Lake Como.” 1. Unfortunately, it’s very difficult to find parking. There are only parking garages nearby—we paid €70 for 3 days. 2. Don’t be misled by the room name. It’s called “180-degree window on Lake Como,” but the view from the window is actually of a backyard. From 7 a.m., glass bottles are being disposed of and trash bins are moved around, so sleeping is basically over at that point. 3. The apartment was quite cold, even with the air conditioning set to heating mode. 4. The room is a bit smaller than it appears in the pictures. 5. The location is central, with a shop right downstairs and not far from the town or the harbor. However, the apartment is located directly next to the bus station, with a lot of traffic. It was okay for 3 days, but unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again.

not a problem with the apartment, but every night (we stayed 5 nights) we woke up at least two times due to a loud banging noise close to the apartment - cause unknown

The customer service was exceptional. The staff were very helpful and answered messages right away. The location of the apartment is excellent, next to a grocery store, train station, and bus station. The apartment had all basics, towels, coffee maker, basic kitchen tools, soaps, cleaning kit, shampoo, ironing board (although broken ironing table), and vacuum, and welcome pasta and two bottles of water.

The apartment was a bit cold at times for our taste (in March) in the bedroom due to the large windows. Also, please pay attention in the staircase as the apartment is old, one of us ended up falling in the stairs (one final step was different colour and easy to miss). There is no lift.

Location is great

Smelly bathroom, residue in soap container of washing machine and not cleaned, bedsheets were little dirty

Good location, clean, tidy, fantastic view and appliances all easy to use. The company checked in on me on my arrival day & they supplied a very easy guide a few days prior with lots of information such as check in/out info, appliance info, local amenities like restaurants, shops and activities/transport etc as well as a lovely welcome gift & maps of como to use.

Unico pregio la posizione. Anche se ti fa no credere che c'è la vista lago ma non si vede. Comunque buona posizione sulla carta.

La puzza non sopportabile del bagno che ci ha costretto a stare sempre fuori e a non poterci entrare neanche per una doccia se non per i bisogni impellenti. CATTIVO ODORE CHE VISTA LA FINESTRA SULLA ZONA GIORNO PURTROPPO ERA PRESENTE IN TUTTO L'IMMOBILE DOVENDO UTILIZZARE NUMEROSI DEODORANTI. MOLTO FREDDA LA NOTTE. MOLTO SPORCA. IL RESTO NEANCHE DA COMMENTARE
