Modern apartment in Bologna by Wonderful Italy

Die Schlüsselübergabe war super, obwohl wir 15 Minuten zu spät waren, hat ein ganz netter junger Mann auf uns gewartet und hat uns dann alles erklärt und gezeigt. Die Bilder sind absolut zutreffend, nicht geschönt oder gestellt, es ist einfach eine tolle, sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtete Wohnung und wenn man sich ein bißchen auskennt, ist man mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten in der Stadt. Wer möchte, hat zudem eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür und es gibt in der näheren Umgebung auch Läden, wo man gut einkaufen kann

Manchmal muß man mehrere Male um den Block fahren, bis man einen Parkplatz findet, der ist dann relativ teuer: Man muß Werktags von 08:00 - 18:00 Uhr einen Parkschein lösen. Hier wäre es schön, wenn man bei der Schlüsselübergabe darauf hinweist, dass man am Vorabend schon bis zum nächsten Morgen zahlen kann. So ist das früh entspannter und man wird nicht mit einem 35,- € Strafzettel "willkommen" geheißen - wie wir. Hier wäre es vielleicht eine Idee, auf Wunsch Anwohnerparkausweise für die Gäste zur Verfügung zu stellen, da man in der Zeit ja quasi Anwohner ist Und die Betten sind -das muß man leider so sagen- nicht sehr bequem: Die Matratzen sind sehr weich und durchgelegen, es ist eine durchgehende Matratze sowie durchgehende Decken pro Bett. Aber das ist vielleicht auch Gewohnheit. Aber hier wäre die Anschaffung neuer, einzelner Matratzen sinnvoll

Good location if you come for the Fair, Cafe and Gelateria (amazing ice cream!) in front of the building; Flat was spacious and equipped as in the offer; Good contact with the Host; We could have 1 hour longer stay with no charge;

Beds were very uncomfortable; Cleanlines could be better, especially under the shower and regarding the kitchen utensils - we bought our own coffee maker and cleaning sponges for washing the dishes Price/quality ratio

Spaceous. Able to wash clothes. Suitable for a weeks stay.

Floors swept but not clean. No useable regular size coffee pot. Shelf of entrance way was falling off the wall. The staff’s solution was to prop two chairs underneath it. No mattress pad on one of the beds. Staff did not understand English well and was not helpful or available. Could not get ItTaxi app to locate a taxi near the apt. Could not locate a general store nearby to purchase simple items. Did not leave any garbage bags for trash other than one. 3 coffee mugs for 4 guests. Very large or very small spoons but no regular spoons to eat,for example, yogurt. No spatula to flip eggs. It seemed that with little investment this place would be excellent.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Bologna. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped. Across the street there is the best Gelato we have tried so far and an amazing coffee shop right around the corner. The location is very convenient in a nice neighborhood. Our stay here was so pleasant that after our long days of traveling in different areas we looked forward to returning to our apartment for some relaxation. We will definitely be returning here again. I highly recommend this place.

The location was good, right in front of the apartment was the bus station. Comfortable Clean

During our stay, we occasionally didn't have hot water, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, we were charged around 30 euros for a tourist tax that was not mentioned on the booking page, which was disappointing.
