The wonderful Italy host didn’t welcome me outside the property, and she didn’t send me the code I had to struggle 15 minutes to open the door in the very hot feather She also didn’t tell me where to park before and how to exit the property with the car. Also a quick word about garbage separation would’ve been better. It’s written in the booklet but you never go to a holidays and read the booklet first.

I really liked it

Beautiful and peaceful area with everything needed. Ability to have parking place that belongs to apartment made our stay much more pleasant.

No any complaint

It was a nice big apartament with pleasant view

Air con did not work. Apartment was not properly cleaned. Staff was not helpful in fixing the air con. We were promised a reimbursement but the customer service went quiet about it and now they are not responding at all. We feel cheated.

Secure parking, beautiful grounds . apartment has everything needed, Aircon great, secure peaceful place.

At the pool some of the residents did comment ( I think they thought I could not understand Italian) very negatively about the " bnb" activity.One woman was very negative. It made things somewhat uncomfortable.
