Appartamento San Martino by Wonderful Italy

Me gustó todo el apartamento, muy bonito y céntrico, cumplió con nuestras expectativas!! La ducha del baño de arriba muy agradable !! Todo impecable

Velmi dobrá poloha a velikost apartmánu.

Velmi dlouhé dopisování s provozovatelem. Dále v kuchyni chybělo základní vybavení - olej, sůl, cukr, káva, čaj. Dost obtěžující ji byly extrémně dlouhé automatické zprávy od poskytovatele, ve kterých posílal odkazy na jiné stránky než booking. Na jiných stránkách vyžadoval poslání scanu občanských průkazů, zaplacení dalšího poplatku za ubytování. Dále se ve zprávách odkazoval na "user manual", např. ohledně vynášení smetí, ale na stránkách, na které odkazoval se o tom nic nepsal. Dvakrát jsem se na to doptával a nedokázal mi odpovědět. Pokud vám nevadí strávit přibližně 2hodiny čtením podmínek, povinností a vyplňováním dalších formulářů mimo booking, tak je toto ubytování dobrá volba.

Paula was fantastic. She made every effort to meet us on our time schedule. The apartment was PERFECT, and every room had the most classic view of Bologna (even the tiny window in the bathroom). I will try to stay here every time I visit Bologna. Great location. and pizzeria downstairs (Da Michele) is delicious!

Great location. A/C in living room and bedroom. Very useful during the heatwave. The local agent was friendly and let me check in a few hours early for no charge.

I don‘t like shower curtains.. but that‘s about the only quibble about the flat itself. It is a few flights of stairs up. But fine for me. The one downside was not getting messages answered by the back office staff and getting contradictory information (from what agent had advised) about checking out etc..

Well kept apartment in a very centrally located historic building.

Climbing three floors can be difficult for some but good exercise after all the good food and drinks.

Location, decor

They could have presented information about the place or info that they needed from us in a more organized manner. For example, we had to request set of sheets for sofa bed but I had no way of knowing ahead of time.

The property is in the city center. You can walk to all the city landmarks, to many restaurants, shops. The place is decorated with charm and warmness. The hosts were helpful.

The only "minus" is the early bells ringing of the church nearby.
