"Disappointing apartment not worth the money."

Within walking distance of central Genua. Some of the staff (from the second day) did there best to fix the issues and were responsive.

- the apartment was not ready at check-in time and absolutely not clean (sticky floors, dirty windows, bathrooms not clean). It had to be re-cleaned which took several hours. - apartment living area is not suitable for the 8 people it is advertised for (only one sofa, not enough dining table chairs for the too small kitchen table) - kitchen was very bad equipped (e.g. only 2 glasses and 4 cups). This was fixed next day after we complained. - air conditioning was not working well (more like a fan) - we booked an apartment with 3 bathrooms, it had only 2. - electricity switched off several times a day (air conditioning and water-cooker at same time caused an overload) after which we had to go down to the basement to fix the switches). - after a few days the WiFi stopped working. We had to make use of another apartments WiFi after that. - the design and services were not carefully thought through (e.g. whole bathroom becomes wet when taking a shower, no space in the bathroom/shower to put your soap or shampoo or dry clothes or towels), wardrobes were filled with bedding leaving no space for clothes, sheets barely covered the mattresses, etc. etc.)
