Quiet and Cozy Urban Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Large open place with ceiling fans, large windows and great surface. Very simple furniture that eases your stay. Basically, you can sleep 6 people in 3 different rooms and still have one common area and a separate kitchen. All in all, it is a nice apartment.

There is no Air Conditioning at the property. In our experience, there is no way to get any good sleep when there is more than 35 degrees during the day. We managed to get a mobile AC and set it up which improved the situation a bit. The managers (Wonderful Italy) should consider having some of these available at least as an extra charge if not an upgrade during heatwaves. I suggest you inquire before arriving as this will impact your vacation quite a lot. The appartment needs some maintenance too, at least in the bathrooms - the small one needs to have a good flushing device and the large one has some broken ceramics in the hot tub area (which can cause serious injuries if you slip in the tub while showering)

There's no AC

The location is excellent. It is just around the corner from the central train station in Bologna.

There was a leak underneath the kitchen sink. This was not an overwhelming situation. Just a maintenance issue that needs to be addressed.
