Loft Alma Rosa vicino a Piazza Vittorio by Wonderful Italy

Very good apartment for 2 people. Convenient location. I liked the beds and the little kitchen particularly.

The check-in experience was a little bit confused, I was first asked to pay a deposit for the second set of keys and collect the keys from the office, also it was mentioned about an issue with the heater and that I was supposed to wait for maintenance, then fortunately they allowed no deposit, keys were brought to the apartment and the heater was fixed in short time. I suggest to work on the process and improve for the future.

La ubicación es muy buena y el edificio muy bonito. La verdad es que después de la desilusión que nos hemos llevado se me ocurren muchas cosas buenas.

El apartamento sí es más o menos como muestran las fotos pero en cutre. Estaba sucio, cajones y armarios llenos de trastos sin casi sitio para dejar la ropa o cosas, un ventilador que hacía un ruido infernal, lámparas colgantes rotas, bombillas fundidas o que no daban luz, cafetera y cosas de cocina sucias, la cama está en alto y hay unas escaleras para subir que es fácil caerse.... Por otra parte en verano no tiene aire acondicionado y para dormir con las ventanas abiertas es un problema porque la calle es bastante ruidosa hasta las 2 o las 3 de la mañana (ruido de bares y gente pasando), afortunadamente no hay ruido de coches y de madrugada se tranquiliza, pero las farolas encendidas te dan en toda la cara. Si duermes con ventanas cerradas y cortinas echadas bien, pero en caso de calor una pesadilla. La ducha del baño tiene bastante moho, da un poco de asco. Está sucio pq es un suelo antiguo de madera y sólo se puede limpiar con aspirador (que está roto!!) porque la separación entre tablas es muy grande y si pasas la escoba se queda allí toda la suciedad. Esto es indignante porque te cobran un suplemento de limpieza obligatorio no incluido en el coste diario de 55 €!!!. Yo lo reclamé de vuelta mandado fotos y eso, pero no me lo devolvieron. En fin, cuando lo estrenaron seguramente que era muy chulo pero ahora está bastante descuidado. La empresa que lo gestiona tiene un wasap donde puedes dar cuenta de todos los desperfectos y te dicen que muy bien, que pasarán a arreglarlos pero luego no pasan. Desde luego yo si vuelvo a Turín buscaré otra cosa.

We were so excited to visit this town, and after reading the glowing reviews, Loft Alma Rosa seemed like the perfect choice. Unfortunately, our experience was a huge disappointment from the moment we arrived. The apartment is managed by a company called Wonderful Italy. When we went to their office to pick up the keys, everything seemed perfectly normal. We collected the keys at 4 PM, walked to the loft, and then received a message (not even a phone call) informing us that the cleaning company hadn't been there yet. We were told we would need to wait another hour and a half for the apartment to be cleaned. After a four-hour drive with two kids, it was incredibly frustrating not to be able to settle into the apartment, which was supposed to be ready from 3 PM. When we finally returned, the bathroom was still dirty, and the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, there was a broken tile that could easily cut your foot if you walked barefoot. The evening and night were unbearable. No one warned us about the heavy metal doors right next to the loft’s entrance, constantly slammed by neighbors passing through day and night. The loft itself is old and poorly insulated—you hear every sound, making it impossible to sleep. Sure, the apartment is close to the city center, but so are many others. I would not stay here again. It genuinely ruined our holiday. When I raised my concerns with Wonderful Italy, all I received was an automated response offering a 10% discount for a future stay—no real apology or solution. Despite trying to follow up, I received no further replies. I have stayed in apartments all across Europe through Booking.com, and I have never experienced such poor management as I did with Wonderful Italy and Loft Alma Rosa.

Very tiny bathroom, but for a short stay it's ok.
