Lejligheden har en fabelagtig udsigt over byen og bugten og er placeret godt ift stranden og byen som kun er 10’ gang derfra. Dog var lejligheden dårligt og upraktisk indrettet med oldgamle møbler, der var kun 4 vandglas og ingen opvaskemidler, viskestykker eller karklude og der var kun et lille bitte TV og en solstol til den store terrasse. Den søde kontaktperson sørgede dog for, at vi fik to solstole mere og kom med opvaskemiddel og køkkenrulle.

Nothing resembled the photos, missing sun beds, broken toilet seats, only 2 wine glasses and 2 mugs. Generally lack of care. Wonderful Italy, managing agent, hard to deal with.
EESuper nice sea view from the large terrace. The last floor in the building. Easy to get there with an elevator.
The interior is very worn. The floors and walls are not so fresh as in the advertisement photos. Even the living room sofas are so old and worned - in the photos these were covered with white plankets. The terrace roof was leaking when it’s rains. In general, feel like living in the 80s.

GBYou want this apartment for the terrace and the view, some nice interior decoration touches in the living room. There's another balcony off the kitchen which is cute.
The flat is ran by a company called Wonderful Italy and the staff were very slow, sent me lots of messages but didn't answer any of my questions, they have a weird check in system, they put the wrong details in for me and I had to re-do it. Nobody apologised or said anything nice. None of the lamps in the apartment worked, staff didn't answer my messages about this. A few loose plug sockets. In the flat a lot of things were just old, kitchen chair nearly fell apart when I sat on it, the cushions for the outdoor lounger were dripping bits of sponge. The flat was quite dusty. Terrace outside really dirty, I brushed it myself. The hot water in the shower runs out pretty quickly, I can't imagine a family being able to shower. There were random stuff left around like a vacuum cleaner and an empty box in the bedroom, a mop bucket with dirty water in the kitchen, just lots of little things that added up and showed the staff don't really care or are inexperienced Tiny TV, sofas really old and uncomfortable.
